FAQs

What type of gas is the hob compatible with?

The hob is compatible with natural gas. Please check the specifications to confirm compatibility with your gas supply. Conversion kits may be available, but this should be done by a professional.

How do I clean the burner caps?

Remove the burner caps and soak them in warm, soapy water. Use a soft brush to remove any food particles. Rinse and dry thoroughly before replacing.

Are the pan supports dishwasher safe?

No, it is recommended to clean the cast iron pan supports by hand with warm, soapy water. Avoid using the dishwasher, as this may damage the finish.

What should I do if the flame goes out while cooking?

The flame failure device will automatically cut off the gas supply. Turn off the burner, wait a few minutes, and try relighting it. If the problem persists, contact a qualified technician.

What kind of cookware is best for this hob?

Use cookware with a flat bottom that makes good contact with the burner grates. Make sure the cookware is stable on the supports.

What is the warranty period?

Please consult the product documentation or retailer for warranty details. Typically, Bertazzoni products come with a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Where can I find replacement parts?

Replacement parts can be found through authorized Bertazzoni dealers or online retailers specializing in appliance parts.
