Troubleshooting
Frame appears to be corroding.
Ensure the powder coating is intact. Minor surface marks can often be buffed out. If significant corrosion is present, contact customer support regarding the warranty.
Cushion fabric is stained.
Act quickly to blot the stain. Use a mild detergent and a damp cloth to gently clean the affected area. Rinse with clean water and allow to air dry completely. Avoid harsh chemicals.
Resin weave is dirty.
Use a soft brush to remove loose dirt, followed by a damp cloth. For stubborn dirt, a mild soap solution can be used, followed by wiping with a clean, damp cloth.
Tabletop has a difficult stain.
For sintered stone, try a paste of baking soda and water, apply to the stain, let sit for a few minutes, then gently scrub and wipe clean. Ensure to rinse thoroughly.
