Does the card come pre-written?
No, the card is blank inside except for the printed message 'Time to celebrate', leaving ample space for your personal message.
What is the 'Oh Darling' range?
The 'Oh Darling' range is a collection of Hallmark cards known for their contemporary designs and quality finishes, often featuring modern aesthetics and special embellishments.
Are the foil elements prone to flaking?
The foil elements are applied using high-quality techniques designed for durability. However, excessive friction or handling could potentially cause minor wear over time.
Troubleshooting
Pen smudging on the card surface
Allow the ink to dry completely before handling. Use pens with quick-drying ink, and test on a small, inconspicuous area first if unsure.
Card arriving damaged
Contact the retailer or Hallmark customer service if the card was damaged during transit. Ensure adequate postal packaging if sending it on.
Envelope doesn't fit the card perfectly
Ensure the card is inserted correctly, aligning the shaped edges within the envelope's opening. The Kraft envelope is designed to accommodate the card's dimensions.
