No, it is recommended to use a suction-only vacuum setting to prevent snagging or damaging the plush pile.
While durable, the deep-pile texture is better suited for bedrooms or quiet living areas rather than busy hallways or entryways.
Blot the liquid immediately with a clean white cloth. Do not scrub the area, as this can cause the fibers to fray or mat.
Yes, this collection comes in various sizes ranging from 70cm x 140cm up to 200cm x 300cm to accommodate different room layouts.
The rug is made with quality materials, but like any textile, it should be kept away from direct, harsh sunlight to maintain its color vibrancy over time.
No, this hand-woven rug is not suitable for machine washing; please rely on spot cleaning and professional rug cleaning services.
Place heavy books or furniture on the corners for 24-48 hours to help the fibers relax and lay flat.
It is normal for new rugs to shed slightly; continue vacuuming with suction only to remove loose fibers.
Gently shake the rug or use a soft-bristled brush to fluff the fibers back into their upright position.
When you first unroll your rug, it may have temporary creases from shipping; simply lay it flat and allow it to settle for a few days to smooth out. For long-term care, vacuum the rug regularly using a suction-only attachment to avoid damaging the fibers with a beater bar. If liquid spills occur, blot the area immediately with a clean, dry cloth—do not rub, as this can force the stain deeper into the weave. Professional cleaning is recommended for deep stains or annual maintenance to preserve the integrity of the hand-woven base.
