FAQs
What age is this swing seat suitable for?
The swing seat is designed for children. The adjustable height feature allows it to accommodate a range of ages, but adult supervision is always recommended.
What is the maximum weight capacity?
The product description does not specify a maximum weight capacity. Ensure the anchor point and any ropes/chains used are rated to safely support the child's weight.
Does it come with ropes or chains for hanging?
No, the swing seat itself does not include ropes or chains for hanging. These need to be provided separately and installed securely.
Can this swing seat be used indoors?
While durable, it is designed for outdoor use. Indoor use is possible if a secure overhead mounting point is available, but care should be taken to protect indoor surfaces.
How do I adjust the height?
The height is adjusted by altering the length of the ropes or chains used to hang the seat. Typically, this involves tying knots or using adjustable connectors.
Is the blue color fade-resistant?
The PE material is designed for outdoor use, but prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may cause some fading over time.
What maintenance is required?
Regular cleaning with a damp cloth is recommended. Periodically check ropes and attachment points for wear and tear.
Troubleshooting
Swing seat is uneven
Adjust the ropes or chains on both sides to ensure the seat is level and at the desired height.
Rope fraying or wear
Inspect ropes regularly for signs of wear and replace them immediately if damaged. Use high-quality, weather-resistant ropes for replacement.
Seat seems unstable
Double-check all attachment points to ensure they are secure. Verify that the anchor point (tree branch or frame) is strong enough and not showing signs of weakness.
Material feels stiff
This can occur in cold temperatures. Allow the seat to warm up slightly before use.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: To set up the swing seat, ensure you have a secure overhead anchor point, such as a strong tree branch or a sturdy swing set frame. Use appropriate ropes or chains (not included) to attach the seat. Adjust the rope length to achieve the desired seat height, ensuring it is level and stable. Test the swing's security before allowing a child to use it.
Compatibility: This swing seat is compatible with most standard swing set frames and natural anchor points like tree branches. Ensure the attachment point can support the weight of the child and the swinging motion.
Care: Clean the swing seat regularly with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, which could damage the PE material. Store indoors during prolonged periods of non-use or harsh weather to prolong its lifespan.
