A Dutch original since 1851, BK is the Royal Founder of the Dutch oven and known throughout at the world for a heritage of innovation. This 24 cm cast iron Dutch oven has a 4.2 Litre capacity, perfect for everyday cooking needs and techniques like braising, searing, frying, baking, or stewing. It's an all-round Dutch oven ideal for cooking lunch and dinner. Hand-crafted from cast iron, it absorbs and distributes heat easily and evenly throughout the entire Dutch oven. It features a creamy white enamelled coating, a smooth surface that meets the highest hygiene and food standards, providing a natural non-stick surface for easy cleaning. The self-basting lid has dripping rings on the inside, making the lid functional and ensuring condensation of steam is evenly distributed over the dish. It has wide side handles for easy transfers and is suitable for all hobs, including induction. For long-lasting performance, ensure the pan heats up gradually. Nylon or wooden utensils are recommended. The Dutch oven is oven safe up to 220°C and dishwasher safe.
