Water pooling in the basin

Ensure the basin waste is correctly installed and that the overflow is not blocked.

Unit feels unstable

Confirm that the unit is standing on a level surface. Check if any wall-fixing brackets (if applicable or recommended for your installation) are securely attached.

Setup:

This unit is supplied rigid, meaning the main cabinet and basin are pre-assembled for ease of installation. You will need to fit the basin tap and waste (sold separately). Ensure you have the correct mono basin mixer tap and a suitable waste trap. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for securely attaching the basin to the unit and connecting the waste plumbing.
