Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before first use, wash the pan with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge to remove any manufacturing residue. For the best longevity, avoid using metal forks, spatulas, or whisks, as these can scratch the four-layer coating. Always opt for silicone, nylon, or wooden cooking tools. When cleaning, avoid harsh scrubbers or scouring pads. Hand wash the pan using a mild detergent and a non-abrasive cloth. While the steel handle is durable, ensure it is completely dry before storing the pan. This product is compatible with most standard stovetops, though it is not recommended for induction use unless specified for the exact model base. Always allow the pan to cool gradually before placing it in water to prevent warping.
