Troubleshooting
Mat is not lying flat
Allow the mat to lay flat in a warm environment for a few hours, or place heavy objects on the edges. Ensure it's not bunched up during placement.
Slipping on the floor
Ensure the floor surface beneath the mat is clean and dry. The anti-slip backing works best on a smooth, non-oily surface. Re-position the mat firmly.
Design appears faded
While designed to be fade-resistant, prolonged extreme sun exposure can affect colors over time. Consider rotating the mat or using it in a partially shaded area if fading is a concern.
Mat has an odor
A slight odor from recycled materials is possible initially. Place the mat in a well-ventilated area outdoors for a few days to allow the odor to dissipate.
