The chair feels wobbly or uneven
Ensure the chair is placed on a flat, level floor surface. If wobbling persists, check that no debris is lodged under one side of the swivel base.
The swivel motion feels restricted or 'gritty'
Check underneath the chair for carpet fibers or dust accumulation in the swivel track. Gently clear any obstructions to restore smooth movement.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup is non-existent as the product is delivered fully assembled. Simply remove the protective packaging and place the chair on a level surface to prevent uneven wear on the swivel mechanism.
Compatibility: The modern, neutral blue aesthetic fits well in contemporary, Scandinavian, or minimalist interiors. Ensure you have a clearance of at least 85 cm in diameter to allow the chair to rotate fully without hitting walls or other furniture.
Care Instructions:
- Vacuum the fabric upholstery regularly using a soft brush attachment to remove dust.
- Spot clean spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth by dabbing—avoid rubbing, which can damage the fabric fibers.
- Avoid placing the chair in direct sunlight to prevent colour fading of the blue upholstery.
- Periodically check that the swivel base remains clear of debris or floor rugs to ensure smooth rotation.
