FAQs
Why does the lighter not come with fuel?
Due to airmail regulations and safety protocols, lighters are shipped without fuel (butane). You will need to purchase and fill it separately.
How do I adjust the flame height?
Locate the flame adjustment lever or dial, usually near the ignition button. Slide or turn it to increase or decrease the flame intensity.
What type of fuel should I use?
This lighter is designed to be refilled with standard butane fuel. Ensure the fuel can has a suitable nozzle for refilling.
How do I use the built-in cigar punch?
Locate the punch mechanism, often integrated into the body or under the flip-top lid. Extend it and apply gentle pressure to punch your cigar.
Is the red flame feature safe?
Yes, the red flame is a visual enhancement achieved through special burners over the blue flame and is safe for normal operation. It appears after the initial ignition.
How long does the fuel last?
Fuel duration depends on usage and flame setting. Higher flames and continuous use will deplete the fuel faster than intermittent, lower flame settings.
Can I use this lighter for cooking?
Yes, the powerful torch flame is suitable for culinary tasks such as caramelizing sugar or searing ingredients.
Troubleshooting
Lighter will not ignite
Ensure the lighter is properly filled with butane. Check if the flame adjustment is set too low. Clean the ignition area for any debris.
Flame is weak or sputtering
Refill the butane tank. Clean the torch nozzles for any blockages. Ensure the flame adjustment is set appropriately.
Leaking fuel
Ensure the fuel can nozzle is properly seated during refilling. Do not overfill. If leakage persists, discontinue use and contact support.
Red flame not appearing
The red flame feature activates after 2-3 seconds of continuous ignition. Ensure the lighter has been ignited for sufficient time for the color burners to activate.
