This pack includes two 500mm pre-insulated hoses with a 1 1/4" female swivel connection and a 35mm diameter. Building regulations Part L mandate that all external pipework on an Air Source Heat Pump System must be fully insulated to reduce heat loss and maintain system efficiency. Inta's Pre-insulated hoses are designed for external use to prevent heat losses and help maintain the COP and SCOP of the system, thereby preventing energy losses, contributing to system efficiency, and avoiding higher running costs. The water-resistant finish ensures the insulation does not absorb water or moisture, which could otherwise lead to unintended heat loss.
