No, you should avoid bleach and abrasive cleaners. Use only mild soap and a damp cloth to protect the surface finish.
Yes, the product includes all necessary fittings and fixings required for installation.
Use the built-in click mechanism to disengage the seat from the mounting brackets, allowing you to lift it off completely.
It is designed for standard toilets, but you should verify your bowl measurements against the product dimensions before purchase.
Check that the hinges are properly installed and clean any debris that may have entered the hinge assembly.
Check the underside of the toilet bowl to ensure the mounting nuts are fully tightened and the brackets have not shifted.
Ensure the release buttons are pressed fully and evenly; check for any debris that might be obstructing the hinge mechanism.
Verify that the hinges are correctly seated in the mounting brackets; ensure there is no buildup of residue preventing the dampeners from working.
To install the seat, align the mounting brackets with the existing holes in your toilet bowl and secure them using the provided fixings. Ensure the brackets are level before fully tightening. Once installed, simply align the seat hinges with the mounting posts and click them into place. For care and maintenance, it is essential to use only a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Never use scourers, bleach, or acidic cleaning products, as these will degrade the high-gloss finish and compromise the structural integrity of the seat over time.
