Is this product 2-ply or 3-ply?

Troubleshooting
Roll does not fit on the dispenser
The 3-ply construction makes the roll diameter larger; remove a few outer layers to reduce size or consider a wall-mounted holder with more clearance.
Paper tearing during use
Ensure that the roll is placed on the holder in the correct orientation so the tension does not cause premature ripping.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- High-quality 3-ply thickness provides superior strength
- Soft texture ensures a comfortable user experience
- Bulk 40-roll pack reduces the frequency of repurchasing
- Embossed design improves overall absorbency
Cons
- Large pack size requires substantial storage space
- Premium construction leads to thicker rolls that may not fit in all compact dispensers
- Higher unit cost compared to standard 1-ply or 2-ply paper
Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the best experience with Whisper Gold, store the rolls in a cool, dry area to maintain the integrity of the paper fibers. While the rolls are compatible with most standard toilet roll holders, the increased thickness of the 3-ply rolls means they may appear larger on the spool. If your holder has a very limited clearance, ensure the roll is placed so that it rotates freely without catching on the wall or the fixture. Keep the unused bundles in their original packaging until they are needed to prevent dust accumulation or exposure to humidity.
