FAQs

What type of essential oils can I use with this diffuser?

You can use water-based essential oils. Avoid using oils that are too thick or oily, as they can damage the diffuser's mechanism.

How often should I clean the diffuser?

It is recommended to empty and rinse the water tank daily and perform a more thorough cleaning with a soft cloth weekly, or as needed, to prevent buildup and maintain optimal performance.

Does the steam train design get hot?

No, the diffuser operates using ultrasonic technology and does not generate significant heat. The exterior remains cool to the touch.

What is the capacity of the water tank?

The water tank has a capacity suitable for several hours of continuous misting. Please refer to the water level markings inside the tank for the exact fill line.

Can I use the diffuser without essential oils?

Yes, you can use the diffuser with just water to add humidity to the air. The essential oil is optional for aromatherapy benefits.

What is the warranty period for this product?

Please refer to the product packaging or the retailer's website for specific warranty information, as warranty terms can vary.

Is the lighting customizable?

The lighting cycles between warm orange and cool blue hues automatically. There is typically no option to select a single color or turn off the lights independently of the mist function, depending on the specific model's controls.

Troubleshooting

Diffuser is not producing mist.

Ensure the water level is between the minimum and maximum lines. Check that the top cover is properly seated. Verify the mist outlet is not blocked. Clean the mist chip if necessary.

Lights are not turning on.

Confirm the power adapter is securely connected to both the diffuser and the wall socket. Try a different power outlet. Ensure the device is switched on.

Weak mist output.

Check the water level. Clean the mist chip and mist outlet as per care instructions. Ensure no essential oil has clogged the mechanism.

Unusual noise.

This is likely due to insufficient water. Refill the reservoir to the correct level. Ensure the unit is on a stable surface.

Water leakage.

Ensure the top cover is correctly aligned and secured. Do not overfill the water tank. Check for any cracks or damage to the reservoir.
