Is assembly required for the entire set?

What temperatures can the rattan withstand?

Troubleshooting

Table wobbles after assembly

Ensure all table legs and fasteners are tightened securely. Check that the table is placed on a level surface.

Parasol is unstable

Confirm the parasol is correctly seated in the cooler's holder and that the separate parasol base is adequately weighted (filled with water/sand) and positioned correctly.

Cushions are damp

Remove cushions from the set and allow them to air dry completely in a warm, dry place. Ensure zip-off covers are fully dry before reattaching.

Rattan appears dirty

Wipe down with a damp cloth. For tougher grime, use a mild soap and water solution, rinse gently with a hose, and allow to air dry.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Integrated drinks cooler with parasol holder enhances entertaining.
  • Durable, all-weather rattan construction ensures longevity.
  • Comfortable, well-padded cushions with water-resistant covers.
  • Comes as a complete set with table, chairs, parasol, and base.
  • UV resistant materials prevent fading and damage from sun exposure.

Cons

  • Parasol requires a separate, stable base which is included but needs proper placement.
  • Assembly is required for the table, though chairs arrive fully assembled.
  • The size of the set may be too large for smaller garden spaces.
  • While water-resistant, cushions may require storage during heavy rain for maximum longevity.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup:

  1. Unpack all components carefully.
  2. The dining chairs are fully assembled.
  3. Assemble the dining table according to the provided instructions. This typically involves attaching the legs to the tabletop frame.
  4. Place the parasol into the integrated holder on the drinks cooler.
  5. Position the parasol base near the table to provide stability for the parasol. Ensure it is filled with water or sand as per its instructions for added weight.

Compatibility:

  • This set is designed for outdoor use on patios, decking, or lawns.
  • The drinks cooler is compatible with standard ice packs or cubed ice.
  • The parasol fits the integrated holder and the separate base provided.

Care:

  • Rattan & Frame: Clean the aluminium frame and polyethylene rattan with a damp cloth or a garden hose on a gentle setting. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
  • Cushions: The water-resistant fabric offers protection against light showers. For heavier rain or prolonged dampness, it is recommended to store the cushions indoors. The seat cushion covers are removable via a zip for machine washing on a gentle cycle. Always ensure cushions are dry before use or storage.
  • Storage: While the furniture is all-weather, storing it under a cover or in a sheltered area during harsh winter months can further prolong its lifespan.
