This officially licensed The Lord of the Rings Gollum and Smeagol Figurines Set is designed for dedicated fans and collectors who appreciate detailed character representations of iconic fantasy figures. Its key benefit is bringing to life the complex duality of Gollum/Smeagol through striking, emotion-packed sculptures. A potential caveat for some may be the focus on a single, albeit central, character's internal conflict, rather than a broader array of characters.

Contact the retailer or manufacturer immediately with proof of purchase and photos of the damage. Follow their return or replacement process.
Minor inconsistencies can occur due to the hand-painted nature of some details. If significant damage is present, refer to the solution for 'Figurine arrived damaged'.
Use a soft, dry brush (like a makeup brush or small paintbrush) to gently remove dust. For more stubborn dust, a lightly dampened cloth can be used very carefully on non-painted surfaces, ensuring it dries completely.
Setup: The figurines come pre-assembled on their bases and are ready for immediate display. Simply remove them from their packaging.
Compatibility: This product is a display collectible and does not have technical compatibility requirements. It is designed to be displayed alongside other The Lord of the Rings merchandise or as a standalone piece.
Care: To maintain the appearance of the figurines, dust them gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using water, chemical cleaners, or abrasive materials, as these can damage the paint and sculpted details. Keep the figurines out of direct sunlight to prevent fading and away from extreme temperatures or humidity.
