Setup, Compatibility & Care

To begin setup, insert a 9V battery into each alarm and 3 x AAA batteries into the receiver. Ensure the receiver is synced using the internal frequency matching. The system is compatible with standard banksticks and rod pods; simply screw the alarms into your supports and attach the provided snag bars for extra rod stability. The 2.5mm output jack on the underside of each alarm is compatible with most standard illuminated bite indicators. To maintain the units, wipe them down with a damp cloth after use to remove grit or debris, and always store them in a dry place without the batteries installed if you plan on not using them for an extended period.
