The bottle is engineered to keep beverages cold for up to 24 hours.
Use warm, soapy water and a bottle brush to reach the base, then rinse thoroughly and air dry.
Ensure the silicone seal inside the lid is seated correctly and that the lid is screwed on firmly until it reaches the stop point.
Perform a deep clean with a mixture of warm water and mild dish soap, or use a bottle brush to remove any residue. Rinse thoroughly.
This can occur due to pressure changes; ensure the bottle is not overfilled, leaving a small amount of space at the top to equalize pressure.
To ensure your Chilly's bottle lasts, always hand wash the bottle with warm, soapy water after each use. Avoid using harsh scouring pads or bleach, as these can damage the finish. The bottle is not designed for the dishwasher, which may compromise the vacuum seal or fade the gradient color. When not in use, store the bottle with the lid removed to allow the interior to dry completely and prevent any stale odors. The 500ml size is compatible with most standard cup holders in cars, bicycles, and treadmills.
