The FITT Bell from New Image is an ingenious, adjustable, inflatable hybrid kettlebell system designed for a total body workout. Each FITT Bell can be filled with up to 8kg of water, making it suitable for any fitness level. By adjusting the water amount, you can progress your workouts. This system allows you to target all major muscle groups, including arms, shoulders, chest, back, abs, glutes, hamstrings, quads, and calves, while also improving cardiovascular health and burning calories. Hydro Inertia Training, utilizing the movement of water, provides a progressive 'live' weight that adds instability, increasing core activation and improving overall core stability. The FITT Bell offers a space-saving design, replacing up to eight different kettlebells in one compact and deflatable package, making it easy to transport for workouts anywhere. Constructed with durable, extra-thick PVC, it is built for high-intensity workouts and can be used indoors or outdoors. The product includes a BONUS Exercise Chart detailing 19 essential exercises and access to the FREE New Image workout app for specially designed FITT Bell workouts.
