FAQs

Is the chain adjustable?

The necklace features a standard rolo chain; please check the specific product specifications for exact length measurements.

Can I wear this in the shower?

It is not recommended to wear the necklace in the shower or during water activities, as moisture and soap can degrade the oxidized finish.

What is the best way to store the necklace?

Store it in an individual soft pouch or a velvet-lined jewelry box to prevent scratching and to keep the chain from tangling.

Does the crystal detailing fall out easily?

The crystals are set securely as part of the design, but impact against hard surfaces should be avoided to ensure they remain intact.

Will the oxidized finish fade?

Oxidized finishes are designed to look aged; with proper care and limited contact with chemicals, the finish will maintain its intended look.

Troubleshooting

Clasp is sticking or difficult to open

Ensure no debris is caught in the spring; gently wipe the clasp with a clean, dry lint-free cloth.

Chain appears tangled

Lay the necklace flat on a soft surface and use a fine needle or toothpick to gently loosen the knots without pulling on the links.

Surface looks dull after exposure to elements

Gently polish with a soft, non-abrasive microfiber cloth to remove oils or environmental residue.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Versatile design suitable for casual and formal outfits
Sophisticated oxidized finish resists fingerprints
High-quality construction with a secure lobster clasp
Subtle crystal detailing provides elegance without being overwhelming

Cons

Oxidized finish can show wear if exposed to harsh chemicals
Delicate chain requires careful storage to avoid tangling
Not suitable for use during swimming or high-intensity exercise

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To set up the necklace, simply open the lobster-clasp fastening and drape the chain around your neck before securing. It is compatible with a wide range of necklines, including crew necks, boat necks, and V-necks. To maintain the integrity of the piece, avoid spraying perfume, hairspray, or applying lotions directly onto the pendant, as these chemicals can dull the oxidized finish. Store the necklace in a soft-lined jewelry box or the original pouch provided to prevent the chain from tangling with other items.
