Troubleshooting

No sound from the soundbar

Check that the correct audio input is selected on the soundbar (HDMI ARC, Optical, Coaxial, Bluetooth, USB, AUX). Ensure the TV's audio output is configured correctly. Verify cable connections are secure. For Bluetooth, ensure the device is paired and within range.

Microphones not working

Ensure the microphones have power (check batteries if applicable, or ensure they are properly seated/charged). Check that the wireless receiver on the soundbar is active and properly paired. Try moving microphones closer to the soundbar.

Bluetooth connection issues

Ensure the soundbar is in Bluetooth pairing mode. Turn off and on Bluetooth on your streaming device and try reconnecting. Move the streaming device closer to the soundbar and ensure no other devices are causing interference.

Distorted audio

Lower the volume on the soundbar and/or the source device. Check that audio cables are not damaged. Ensure the source audio quality is good. Clean any dust or obstructions from speaker grilles.
