Opticrom Hayfever Eye Drops for the relief of eye symptoms of hayfever. Contains sodium cromoglicate 2% w/v, which works by stopping the release of natural substances in the eyes that can lead to an allergic reaction. Signs of an allergic reaction include itchy, watery, red or inflamed eyes and puffy eyelids. These symptoms occur when pollen from grasses or trees comes into contact with the eyes of people who are sensitive to them, also known as hayfever eyes or seasonal allergic conjunctivitis. Wash hands before use. Tilt your head back and gently pull down the lower eyelid. Apply one or two drops into the affected eye(s). Close your eyes for a moment to allow the drops to spread evenly. Use as directed by your healthcare professional. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Consult with your healthcare professional if you experience persistent eye discomfort.
