Hikari Wheat-Germ Formula is a high-quality, balanced diet ideal for feeding during cooler months or year-round. Its high wheat germ content is naturally rich in Vitamin E and Linolenic Acid, promoting improved digestion. This food offers a superior source of natural protein and is suitable for Koi and larger goldfish when more rapid digestion is needed. The pellets are semi-floating and slowly sink. Feed when the water temperature is 5 degrees C or above. Developed through years of breeding experience, it's extremely effective in cooler climates. It helps your aquatic pets look their best and can improve fertility. Specifications: Floating Food: Medium pellet size. Feeding guidelines vary based on water temperature: below 40°F, stop feeding; 40-60°F, feed once daily; 60-70°F, feed twice daily during the warmest part of the day; above 70°F, feed two to four times daily. Do not exceed the amount fish will eat within three to five minutes. Remove any uneaten food to maintain water quality. During appetite loss, sickness, or medication, monitor feeding carefully.
