RIO Elite Scandi Launch Shooting Head Fly Line - Multicolor

The line's packaging indicates the recommended rod weight. Match the line weight to your rod for best results.

Clean the line after every few outings or when you notice a reduction in casting distance. Use a recommended fly line cleaner.

While the line is durable, rinsing with fresh water after saltwater use is essential to prevent salt buildup.

Use a tapered leader appropriate for the fly size and fishing conditions. Leader length can be adjusted based on the situation.

Store the line in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid storing it in extreme temperatures or environments.

Stretch the line gently before use. You can also try using a line conditioner to reduce memory.

Check for any knots or tangles in the leader or fly line. Ensure your casting stroke is smooth and controlled, avoiding any abrupt movements.

Make sure the line weight matches your rod's specifications. Practice your casting technique, focusing on a consistent and powerful stroke to fully load the rod.

Ensure the line is clean. Consider using a line dressing to improve flotation.
