Troubleshooting
Candle does not fit securely
Ensure you are using a standard taper candle. If the fit is loose, a small amount of wax can be dripped into the holder to secure the candle once it cools.
Holder feels unstable
Confirm the holder is placed on a perfectly flat and level surface. Check for any debris on the bottom of the holder that might be causing unevenness.
Wax residue on holder
Allow wax drips to cool completely. Gently scrape away the solidified wax or use a hairdryer on a low setting to warm and wipe away the melted wax with a soft cloth.
