Millers Oils VSPe Power Plus With Octane Booster Fuel Additive - 250ml

VSPe Power Plus is a fuel additive designed for classic and historic vehicles whose engines were built for leaded fuel. It protects against valve seat recession, detonation, and ethanol damage from modern unleaded fuels.

One 250ml bottle is sufficient to treat up to 50 litres of fuel. Add it to the tank before refuelling for best results.

This product is specifically formulated for older engines designed for leaded fuel. While it likely won't harm a modern engine, it is not optimized for them and its benefits would be negligible.

Yes, it provides lead replacement additives to protect valve seats, allowing older engines to run on unleaded fuel safely.

VSPe Power Plus raises the fuel's octane number by 2 points (equivalent to 20 'on the road' octane points).

Using too little may result in insufficient protection. While using slightly more than recommended is unlikely to cause harm, it is best to adhere to the dosage instructions for optimal performance and economy.

It contains advanced additives to combat the adverse effects of ethanol, including corrosion and degradation of rubber components. It significantly reduces the risk of damage.

VSPe Power Plus works by preventing long-term damage and subtle performance degradation. Benefits like preventing valve seat recession are not immediately visible. Ensure correct dosage has been used and that the engine is otherwise in good mechanical order.

While VSPe Power Plus offers an octane boost, extremely high-performance or modified engines may require a higher octane rating. Check if the engine's requirements exceed the additive's capabilities. Consider a higher octane fuel or a more potent octane booster if detonation persists.

Ensure the cap is properly aligned and twist firmly. If it seems stuck, gently tapping around the cap might help. Always ensure the cap is securely closed after use to prevent evaporation or contamination.
