Troubleshooting
Low water pressure
Check the showerhead for limescale buildup and clean using the Anti-Calc system or a mild descaler. Ensure the water supply valves are fully open and that there are no kinks in the flexible hoses.
Water leaks at connection points
Verify that all connections are tightened securely. Check that any seals or washers are present and in good condition. If the problem persists, consider re-sealing the connections or consulting a plumber.
Showerhead or handset not adjusting height smoothly
Ensure the height adjustment mechanism is clean and free from debris. A small amount of silicone-based lubricant can be applied to the slide bar if it feels stiff.
Finish is dull or tarnished
Gently clean the surface with a soft cloth and a mild soap solution. Avoid abrasive cleaners. For persistent dullness on the brush gold finish, consult the manufacturer's care guide for specific recommendations.
