It is recommended to replace the eyelash pad when it shows signs of wear, such as flattening, cracking, or becoming less elastic. This is typically every few months with regular use.

This curler is designed for natural eyelashes. Using it on false eyelashes may damage them or alter their shape.

The 34mm wide design allows the curler to capture more lashes in a single clamp, from the inner to the outer corner of the eye, creating a more unified and complete curl.

The curler is designed to be gentle. However, users with very sensitive eyes should always apply pressure with caution and at their comfort level.

Wipe the metal parts with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or soaking the curler in water.

The product includes one replaceable eyelash pad. Additional pads can be purchased separately if needed.

Ensure the curler is placed at the very base of the lashes. Apply gentle, consistent pressure and repeat 2-3 times. Check if the replaceable pad is worn and needs replacement.

Apply less pressure. Ensure you are squeezing gently and steadily rather than clamping down hard. Check that the pad is properly seated and not dislodged.

Check the condition of the replaceable pad; a worn pad can affect tension. Ensure there is no debris obstructing the hinge mechanism.
