Setup, Compatibility & Care
- Connecting to Air Supply: Connect the 1/4" BSP airline connector to your air compressor hose. Ensure the connection is secure to prevent air leaks.
- Paint Preparation: Properly thin your paint according to the manufacturer's instructions. Strain the paint to remove any particles that could clog the nozzle.
- Adjusting Settings: Use the adjustable controls to set the fan pattern and paint flow rate. Start with a low flow and gradually increase it until the desired coverage is achieved.
- Cleaning: After each use, thoroughly clean the spray gun. Disassemble the gun and clean each component with the appropriate solvent for your paint type. Pay special attention to the nozzle and air passages to remove any dried paint.
Compatibility: This spray gun is compatible with all paint types, including water-based paints. It requires an air compressor with a minimum output of 14 cfm at a maximum operating pressure of 60psi (4.1 bar).
Care: Regularly clean the spray gun to prevent clogging and ensure optimal performance. Store the gun in a clean, dry place when not in use. Lubricate moving parts as needed to maintain smooth operation.
