Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
- Tab Top Installation: Slide the pre-made tab tops directly onto a standard plumber's pipe or curtain rod with appropriate brackets. This is the simplest method for temporary or easily changeable displays.
- Alternative Mounting: For a more permanent or specific fit:
- Staple Gun: Stretch the mural taut against a wooden fence or frame and secure with a heavy-duty staple gun.
- Nails or Push Pins: Use small finishing nails or push pins around the edges for a secure fit on softer surfaces.
- Waterproof Velcro: Apply strong, waterproof Velcro strips to the back of the mural and the mounting surface for a secure, removable attachment.
- Nano Tape: Use heavy-duty nano tape for a strong, adhesive mount on smooth, clean surfaces.
Ensure the surface is clean and dry before applying any adhesive or mechanical fasteners. For best results, install the mural with even tension across the entire surface.
Compatibility:
The mural is designed for compatibility with most outdoor garden structures, including fences, walls, pergolas, and outdoor screens. It can also be used indoors on any suitable wall surface. The tab top design is compatible with standard curtain rods and poles.
Care:
- Cleaning: Gently wipe the mural with a damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or excessive scrubbing, which can damage the print.
- Sunlight: In areas with intense, prolonged direct sunlight, consider applying a UV protection spray annually to preserve the vibrancy of the colors and extend the lifespan of the mural.
- Storage: If removed, store the mural rolled (print side out) in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
