Troubleshooting

Chair feels unstable

Ensure the chair is on a level surface. Check that all parts of the frame are properly seated and not damaged.

Color fading over time

While UV resistant, prolonged extreme sun exposure can cause fading. Clean with mild soap and water. Consider using seat cushions or covering chairs during peak sun hours.

Difficulty stacking chairs

Ensure chairs are clean and dry. Align them carefully before stacking; a slight angle may be needed for them to nest correctly.

Surface scratches

Light scratches can often be buffed out gently with a soft cloth. For deeper scratches, consult the manufacturer's recommendations for repair kits compatible with polypropylene.
