Troubleshooting

Chair or ottoman feels unstable

Ensure all metal tubes are securely connected and that the X-shaped structure is properly assembled. Verify that the anti-slip foot pads are correctly attached and making even contact with the floor.

Cover does not fit properly

Check that all tubes are in their correct positions and that the fabric is oriented correctly before fully securing buckles and zippers. Ensure no straps are twisted.

Ottoman cushion is loose

Make sure the fixing straps on the ottoman cushion are securely fastened to the base of the ottoman as per the assembly instructions.

Discomfort despite ergonomic design

Adjust your seating position to best utilize the head pillow and armrests. Ensure the chair is on a level surface.
