Numark Cold & Flu Relief Sachets - Max Strength - 10 Sachets

These sachets are suitable for adults and children aged 12 years and over.

You can take one sachet every 4 hours as needed, but do not exceed 4 sachets in a 24-hour period.

The main active ingredients are paracetamol (for pain and fever) and phenylephrine hydrochloride (a decongestant).

It is not recommended to take this product during pregnancy or breastfeeding without consulting a doctor first.

If your symptoms do not improve within 3 days of use, or if they worsen, you should consult a doctor or pharmacist.

Individuals with high blood pressure should consult their doctor before using this product due to the phenylephrine content.

You should not take these sachets with other medicines containing paracetamol or phenylephrine. Always check the ingredients of other medications.

Ensure you are using hot, but not boiling, water. Stir vigorously for at least 30 seconds until all powder is dissolved. If issues persist, try adding the powder to a smaller amount of water first, stirring, then topping up.
