Product Information

Full details

The Veto Pro Pac PB5 5-piece pouch set is designed for professional tradespeople and DIY enthusiasts who need a reliable, rugged system to organize fasteners, wire nuts, and small hardware. Its primary benefit is the ability to maintain a clutter-free workspace by attaching modular pouches directly to your main tool bag; however, note that these pouches are specifically sized for small components and cannot accommodate larger hand tools like screwdrivers or pliers.

FAQs

Can these fit in a standard drawer?

Yes, their 8-inch by 5-inch profile makes them highly suitable for tool chest drawers.

Are these pouches waterproof?

They are water-resistant and durable, but the mesh panel is permeable and not intended for submersion.

How many pouches come in the set?

The PB5 set includes 5 individual pouches.

Will these fit on other brands of bags?

As long as the other bag has a D-ring or compatible anchor point, the swivel snap hooks should attach securely.

Can I store sharp objects like drill bits?

Yes, but be mindful that the mesh material may snag on extremely sharp items if handled roughly.

Troubleshooting

Zipper feels tight or difficult to pull.

Clean the zipper track of any dust or grit using a stiff brush and ensure the pouch is not overstuffed.

Snap hook does not click onto the D-ring.

Ensure the D-ring is not blocked by other attachments and check the hook spring for debris.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Durable construction materials
  • Easy to attach to existing tool bags
  • See-through panel saves time
  • Includes color-coding system

Cons

  • Too small for most hand tools
  • Limited to small hardware components
  • Zipper might stiffen if exposed to heavy grit

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup is straightforward: attach the swivel snap hook on the pouch to any D-ring located on your Veto Pro Pac tool bag. To maximize compatibility, utilize the included color-coded webstrips to assign specific categories to specific pouches.

Care instructions are minimal: avoid overloading the pouches to prevent zipper strain. If the bags become dusty, wipe them down with a damp cloth. If the YKK zippers become sticky due to fine job-site dust, clear the track with a dry brush and ensure the interior is free of debris to maintain smooth operation.
