This guide is for owners of Tefal Acti-fry Original air fryers (FZ740040, FZ740041, FZ740050) who need to replace a broken or worn basket handle. The key benefit is restoring the full functionality and ease of use to your Acti-fry. A potential caveat is ensuring you have the correct model before purchasing, as this is a specific replacement part. This white basket handle features a green button switch and includes two screws for installation, designed to fit 1.0Kg and 1.2Kg models.

No, this product is only the replacement white basket handle with a green button switch and screws. It does not include the Acti-fry basket.
Ensure the Acti-fry is unplugged and cool. Remove any old screws, align the new handle, and secure it using the two provided screws. Tighten firmly but avoid overtightening.
This replacement handle should come with appropriate screws. If they do not fit, re-verify your Acti-fry model compatibility. Ensure no debris is in the screw holes.
This handle is designed to replace the handle component only. If the basket itself is cracked or warped, this part will not resolve those issues.
Clean the handle using a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh detergents or abrasive materials. Do not immerse the handle or basket in water.
Ensure the screws are fully tightened. Check if the screws are the correct size and not stripped. If the basket's screw holes are damaged, professional repair might be needed.
Verify that your Tefal Acti-fry model is one of the compatible versions (FZ740040, FZ740041, FZ740050). This handle is specific and will not fit other models or brands.
Ensure no food debris is obstructing the button mechanism. Try gently wiggling the button. If stiffness persists, ensure the handle is correctly seated.
Compatibility: This replacement basket handle (Part Number: SS-1530000321) is designed exclusively for Tefal Acti-fry Original models FZ740040, FZ740041, and FZ740050 (both 1.0Kg and 1.2Kg variants).
