The Oxford Premium Touring Hotgrips (OF691) are designed for motorcycle riders seeking enhanced comfort and control in varying weather conditions. Their primary benefit is the adjustable heating system, providing warmth on cold rides, while a potential caveat is the need for proper installation. These grips feature ergonomically engineered structures for optimal performance, including reinforced rubber in high-wear areas, specialized tread patterns for vibration absorption and grip, and a waffle matrix for finger hold. They offer five distinct heat settings and an intelligent heat controller for precise temperature management. The grips are adjustable in length and designed for a weatherproof installation.

The grips themselves are sealed for life, and the switch is weatherproof and rainproof, designed to withstand various weather conditions.
The grips feature a battery-saving mode and draw under 4 Amps, designed to minimize battery drain. However, it's always recommended to check your motorcycle's charging system.
The scope of delivery includes 2 x HotGrips®, 1 x intelligent heat control unit, mounting hardware for the controller, 1 x wiring loom, cable ties, grip glue, and an instruction booklet with warranty information.
Clean the grips using a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials to maintain their condition.
Check all electrical connections, ensuring they are secure and properly seated. Verify the fuse in the wiring loom is intact. Ensure the battery has sufficient charge and the motorcycle's electrical system is functioning.
Inspect the wiring loom for any signs of damage or loose connections. Ensure the intelligent heat controller is securely connected. If the issue persists, the controller unit may need replacement.
The grips may need re-gluing. Carefully remove the grip, clean both the handlebar and the inside of the grip, and reapply grip glue according to instructions. Ensure a firm fit before allowing the glue to cure.
Check the connection of the switch to the wiring loom. Ensure the switch itself is clean and free from debris. If it remains unresponsive, it may require replacement.
