FAQs
Can I use real candles inside this lantern?
While it is physically possible, it is recommended to use LED flameless candles to prevent the frame from heating up and to keep the glass free of wax residue or soot.
Is the Astro Lantern weather-proof?
No, this product is designed specifically for indoor use. Exposure to moisture may cause the silver finish to tarnish or the leather to degrade.
What are the exact dimensions?
The lantern measures 19cm in length, 19cm in width, and 39cm in height.
Does the handle fold down?
Yes, the black leather handle is flexible and can be folded to the side or kept upright depending on your preference.
How do I clean the leather handle?
Simply dust the handle with a dry cloth. Avoid using leather conditioners that contain heavy oils, as these may transfer to the silver steel frame.
Troubleshooting
Fingerprints showing on glass
Use a lint-free microfibre cloth with a mild glass cleaner to restore clarity.
Lantern feels unstable on uneven surfaces
Use small clear adhesive felt pads on the bottom corners to level the base.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
- Setup: This product arrives fully assembled. Simply place it on a stable, level surface. The lantern is lightweight, so ensure it is positioned away from the edge of furniture.
- Compatibility: Designed for indoor use. Best suited for LED flameless candles to avoid soot buildup on the clear glass panels or heat damage to the leather handle.
- Care Instructions: Wipe the steel frame with a soft, dry microfibre cloth to maintain its shine. Use a standard glass cleaner on the panels to remove fingerprints or dust. Do not use abrasive scouring pads as they may scratch the silver finish. Avoid contact between the leather handle and liquids or oils.
