The Levede Bed Rail is an essential safety solution for the elderly, pregnant users, and those recovering from surgery, offering reliable support to prevent falls and assist with bed transitions. Its primary benefit is the combination of sturdy, adjustable stability and convenient storage, though users should note it requires careful adjustment to ensure a secure fit on specific mattress types.

It is designed for standard frames; please check if your adjustable base allows for a thin metal plate to be placed between the frame and mattress.
Yes, the storage bag is detachable for easy cleaning or if you prefer a cleaner look.
The Levede Bed Rail is built for high load capacity, though it is primarily designed as a balance aid rather than a full weight-bearing structure.
This model is designed specifically for adults, including seniors and those recovering from injury.
The base includes padding to help protect flooring surfaces, though regular inspection is recommended.
Tighten the safety straps connected to the bed frame and ensure the padded base is resting flat on the floor.
Ensure the floor contact points are clean or add a small piece of high-friction material under the base feet.
Setup is straightforward: slide the base underneath your mattress and use the provided reinforced straps to anchor the unit securely to the opposite side of the bed frame. Always verify that the straps are tightened before first use to prevent the rail from wobbling. For compatibility, ensure your bed frame allows for a flat base plate to slide under the mattress. To care for the rail, wipe down the metal frame with a damp cloth periodically and ensure the storage bag is not overloaded with heavy items that could pull the rail off-center.
