Full details

At the base of the big toe on the sole of the foot, there are two pea-sized bones called sesamoid bones that smooth the sliding of tendons. When excessive stress is placed on the sesamoid bones due to strenuous exercise such as running or dancing, or the habitual use of high heels, the tendons and tissues surrounding the sesamoid bones become inflamed, causing pain. The soft, self-adhesive gel pad that covers the forefoot is hollowed out at the base of the big toe (near the sesamoid bone) where the pain is. This reduces pressure around the sesamoid bones when weight is applied. The pad also reduces the impact on the lateral arch and reduces friction between the lateral arch and the shoe. The thin design allows you to choose which shoes to wear. Apply directly to the soles of your feet. Hand washable. Packaging: 1 pair left and right. When the transverse arch of the forefoot (metatarsal head, ball of the foot, bulge near the base of the toes) weakens, impact is applied to the transverse arch every time you walk, which can cause pain in the sole of the foot such as calluses, corns, and metatarsalgia. Additionally, because the toes spread out in a fan-like manner (splay foot), this can lead to calluses, blisters, bunions, hallux valgus, and hammer toes.
