Bright Starts Baby Bouncer - Toucan

The Bright Starts Baby Bouncer - Toucan is suitable for babies from 0 to 9 months, or until they can sit up unassisted. Always refer to the product manual for specific weight limitations.

The seat pad is typically machine washable. Use a gentle cycle with cold water and mild detergent. Air dry or tumble dry on low heat as per the care label instructions.

The WhisperQuiet™ motor is designed to be virtually silent, providing a peaceful swinging motion without disruptive noise. Slight operational sounds may still be present.

Yes, the toy arch is removable, allowing you to use the swing with or without it, depending on your baby's preference and engagement needs.

The swing features automatic speed adjustment based on the baby's weight thanks to its weight sensor technology. Manual speed selection is not a feature of this model.

This swing typically operates using batteries. Please consult the product manual for the specific type and number of batteries required.

Ensure the swing is properly plugged in or the batteries are correctly installed and charged. Check if the weight sensor is engaged and the baby is positioned correctly on the seat.

Verify that the swing mechanism is free from obstructions. Ensure all parts are tightly secured. If noise persists, contact customer support.

The weight sensor technology should adapt automatically. Ensure the baby is centered on the seat. If the speed still seems inappropriate, consider if the baby has outgrown the swing's capabilities or if there's an issue with the sensor.
