Troubleshooting

Tent not deploying or retracting with remote

Check the 12V power connection and the cable integrity. Ensure the remote control has a clear line of sight to the tent's receiver and try replacing the remote battery if applicable.

Water ingress during rain

Verify that all fabric seams are properly sealed and that the tent cover is fully secured when closed. Ensure the tent fabric is taut to allow water to run off effectively.

Difficulty extending or retracting the ladder

Ensure the ladder is fully free of obstructions. Gently assist the ladder movement if needed, but avoid forcing it. Clean and lubricate the telescopic sections if they become stiff.

Uneven or unstable setup

Confirm that the vehicle is parked on a level surface and that the roof rack is securely fastened. Ensure the tent is properly centered on the roof rack for balanced weight distribution.
