The strap on the Incanto Infinito is designed to be adjustable for comfort but is not intended to be fully detached.
Use a soft, dry brush to gently remove dust from the woven sections and wipe the smooth leather areas with a damp, soft cloth.
It is designed for daily essentials and can fit small tablets, but it is not intended to accommodate standard-sized laptops.
While the leather is high-quality, it is recommended to avoid heavy contact with white or very light-colored garments during the first few uses to prevent potential dye transfer.
Yes, you can use a leather protector spray, but ensure it is suitable for vintage or aniline-style leathers and test it on a hidden spot first.
Rub a small amount of beeswax or a graphite pencil tip along the zipper teeth to lubricate them.
Gently buff the area with a soft, clean cotton cloth to redistribute natural oils; for deeper marks, use a leather-specific conditioner.
There is no complex setup required for this bag; it is ready to use immediately. To maintain the integrity of the leather, store the bag in a cool, dry place when not in use, ideally inside a dust bag. Avoid exposing the leather to direct sunlight for extended periods or heavy rain, as this can affect the vintage wash finish. If the leather becomes dry, apply a high-quality leather conditioner tested on an inconspicuous area first. Should the bag get wet, allow it to air dry naturally away from artificial heat sources like radiators to prevent cracking.
