Tetrion All Purpose Ready Mixed Filler is a versatile, ready-to-use filler suitable for both interior and exterior repairs. It effectively seals and fills various household materials including plaster, wood, stone, concrete, brickwork, and metal. This filler is water and weather resistant, drillable, tappable, and resistant to vibration, shrinking, sagging, and cracking. Its resilient nature allows for expansion and contraction, making it highly versatile for multiple surface applications. The ready-mixed formula offers convenience for quick repair jobs, eliminating the need for dosing or mixing. It is super smooth, easy, and quick to sand, and is reinforced with high-strength polymers. The filler is over-paintable, but when used externally, an oil-based paint is recommended. For overpainting with water-based paints, priming with a suitable sealer is advised. Ensure surfaces are dry, clean, and free from loose materials before application. Work the tube with fingers before use and cut the nozzle to the required size. Apply with a filler spreader and smooth off immediately with a wet spreader. Setting occurs in approximately 4-6 hours depending on depth and atmospheric conditions. After 24 hours, the filler can be sanded and then overpainted. Replace the plastic disc and lid after use to keep the remaining filler in good condition. Tetrion All Purpose Ready Mixed Filler should be applied in layers between 3mm and 10mm for optimal adhesion. It can be drilled or tapped if the set filler depth is at least equal to the screw/plug depth. Product may separate slightly during long-term storage; stir before use if necessary. Do not use in wet or damp conditions or on surfaces that are regularly underwater. Do not sandwich between layers of paint and/or sealants.
