Setting up the RT-AX50 Go is straightforward thanks to the included quick start guide. Power the device using a USB-C source—either a power adapter or a laptop port—and connect to the default Wi-Fi SSID using the information provided on the bottom label of the router. Navigate to the router's interface in your web browser to configure your preferred WAN connection (Ethernet or WISP).
Care Instructions:
- Environment: Keep the device in a well-ventilated area during heavy use to ensure optimal thermal performance.
- Firmware: Regularly check the administrative interface for system updates to ensure you have the latest security patches.
- Cleaning: Use a dry, lint-free cloth to remove dust from the vents. Avoid liquid cleaners as they can damage the internal components.
- Storage: When traveling, use a protective pouch to prevent scratches and damage to the USB-C port.
