Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before the first use, wash the pan in warm, soapy water and dry it completely. While the enamel finish is robust, avoid using metal utensils that could scratch or chip the surface; silicone or wooden tools are highly recommended.
Always allow the pan to cool completely before washing; plunging a hot pan into cold water can cause the enamel to crack due to thermal shock. After hand washing, ensure the pan is entirely dry before storing it to prevent any oxidation on the unenameled rim or base. Avoid stacking other heavy pans directly on top of it to prevent damage to the enamel.
