The Nexus Mattress Classic Bliss 9 Inch mattress is designed for sleepers seeking reliable comfort with a balanced medium feel. Its key benefit is providing consistent support and durability for everyday use, making it a versatile choice for guest rooms, children's beds, and bunk beds. A potential caveat is that its tight top construction and Bonnell spring system may offer less contouring than memory foam alternatives.

Unpack the mattress in the room where it will be used. Carefully remove all packaging, place it on your bed frame, and allow it to expand for at least a few hours, ideally up to 24 hours, before sleeping on it.
No, the Nexus Mattress Classic Bliss 9 Inch is a non-turn mattress. It is designed with a specific top sleeping surface and only needs to be rotated head-to-foot periodically.
This mattress is compatible with most bed frames, including platform beds, slatted bases, and traditional divan bases. Ensure slats are no more than 3 inches apart for optimal support.
While it begins to expand immediately after unboxing, it typically takes a few hours to reach its full 9-inch height. For best results, allow up to 24 hours for complete expansion and for any initial odors to dissipate.
Yes, using a mattress protector is highly recommended to keep the mattress clean, prevent stains, and protect against allergens. It will not affect the mattress's performance.
This mattress is designed to offer a balanced medium feel, providing a combination of comfort and support without being too firm or too soft.
Ensure the mattress has been allowed sufficient time (up to 24 hours) to decompress. Check that it is not placed on an uneven surface and that packaging ties have been fully removed.
This is a common 'off-gassing' smell from the manufacturing process. Allow the mattress to air out in a well-ventilated room for a few days. The smell should dissipate naturally.
Rotate the mattress head to foot. If the issue persists after rotation and adequate break-in time, check that the bed frame is providing sufficient support and is not damaged.
Mattress feel is subjective. For the first few weeks, allow your body to adjust. If the firmness remains an issue, consider using a mattress topper for added comfort or a mattress protector if the firmness is related to surface texture.
