Setup, Compatibility & Care
Preparation: Before painting, ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, and loose material. Remove any existing mould with a suitable cleaner and allow the surface to dry completely. For optimal adhesion and performance, surfaces should be sound.
Application: Stir the paint thoroughly before use. The included paint additive should be mixed in according to the additive's instructions. Apply using a brush or roller in thin, even coats. Avoid applying in excessively thick layers, as this can reduce the effectiveness of the glass bubble technology. Two coats are generally recommended for best results.
Compatibility: This paint is suitable for most interior wall and ceiling surfaces, including plaster, drywall, and previously painted surfaces. It is not designed for use on floors or exterior surfaces.
Care: Once dry, the paint can be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scrubbing, which could damage the surface or the paint's thermal properties. Ensure adequate ventilation in the room after application until fully cured.
