Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: Securely attach the swivel plate to the equipment using appropriate bolts or screws that match the pre-drilled holes in the plate. Ensure the mounting surface of the equipment is strong enough to support the wheel's load capacity. For optimal performance and safety, distribute the load evenly across multiple wheels if used in multiples.
Compatibility: This wheel is designed for use on flat, relatively smooth surfaces. It is compatible with most standard industrial equipment requiring castor wheels with a swivel function and high load capacity. The polyurethane tread is generally resistant to many common substances, but prolonged exposure to oils, solvents, or aggressive chemicals may degrade the material. Verify material compatibility if used in chemically exposed environments.
Care: Regularly inspect the wheel for damage, debris, or wear. Clean the polyurethane tread with a damp cloth. Lubricate the needle roller bearing via the grease nipple periodically, especially after heavy use or exposure to dust and moisture, to maintain smooth operation and prevent premature wear. Check that the swivel mechanism remains free of obstruction.
