O & M Know Knott Detangling Conditioner - 250ml

You can use O & M Know Knott daily or as needed. It's ideal for use after every wash on towel-dried hair.

While designed for adults, its detangling properties can be beneficial for children's hair. However, always patch-test and monitor for any sensitivities.

It is primarily designed for use on damp, towel-dried hair for optimal detangling. Using it on completely dry hair might result in a heavier feel.

Key ingredients include an organic coconut and macadamia nut blend for nourishment and detangling, Desert Lime for antioxidant protection against aging, Pro-vitamin B5 to protect color from UV rays, and Quandong to maintain healthy hair.

Know Knott has a lightweight formula designed not to weigh hair down. However, start with a smaller amount and add more if needed, focusing application on the mid-lengths and ends.

The Desert Lime ingredient acts as a natural antioxidant, helping to defend the hair and scalp against environmental factors that contribute to premature aging and free radical damage.

This guide is for the 250ml size. A 50ml travel size is also available.

Ensure hair is sufficiently damp, not wet. Section hair properly and spray evenly, allowing the product to penetrate before combing. For very stubborn knots, try applying a bit more product to the affected area.

You may be using too much product. Try reducing the amount sprayed, especially on finer hair types. Ensure you are spraying onto the mid-lengths and ends, avoiding direct application to the roots unless specifically needed.

Check that the spray nozzle is clear and not clogged. If clogged, rinse the nozzle under warm water. Ensure the pump mechanism is working correctly.
